### Can I watermark only specific pages?

Yes. After uploading, use the page picker to choose "all pages", "first page only", "last page only", or a custom range like "2-5, 10". Each selected page gets the same watermark.

### Does the watermark sit above or behind the existing content?

Both are supported. Use "overlay" (default) for a visible stamp that sits on top of the page content, or "background" to place it behind so text reads cleanly over it. Overlay with low opacity (20-40%) is the most common choice for "DRAFT" or "CONFIDENTIAL" stamps.

### Can I use a transparent PNG as the watermark image?

Yes. PNG transparency is preserved. For logo watermarks, a transparent-background PNG at 30-50% opacity is the standard pattern. The opacity slider multiplies the image's own alpha channel.
